I recently bought a jacket from Mountain Equipment, and let me tell you, it's the only brand I trust for coats because their quality is top-notch and totally worth it. The support I got was fantastic; it showed up without any hiccups in just 2 days. They sent all the emails with my order number, so I could keep an eye on it through Royal Mail 48. Unfortunately, the medium size was a bit snug, so I needed to send it back and requested a large. To my disappointment, they were out of large sizes, but they processed a full refund the day after they got the jacket back. I gave it four stars mainly because they couldn't provide me with a large coat, and there's no heads-up about the sizing for Mountain Equipment jackets. Just a heads-up for anyone ordering: go a size up from what you usually wear. (I've heard these jackets are known for that.) I also had to shell out another 10 pounds to track the return, which stung a bit since the coat was already pricey, but hey, that’s not on the retailer. The customer service was really great; I think I only spoke to one guy, but he was super helpful. In the end, I found a similar Mountain Equipment jacket on another site for a bit less, so all's well that ends well. I’ll definitely be back to shop with you all again. Thanks a bunch!
